Most consultations run 20–45 minutes depending on complexity. Virtual consultations tend to be shorter, while detailed color or transformation planning may require extra time. We recommend booking a full session to cover questions, styling demos, and personalized maintenance planning for accurate recommendations.
Bringing photos or inspiration is highly encouraged. Visual references help Kristi understand your desired look and preferences quickly. If coming for color changes, bring recent hair photos and note your maintenance expectations. For virtual consultations, upload reference images ahead of time for the best results.
Virtual consultations are excellent for initial planning, touch-ups, and basic guidance. However, complex color work or precision cuts often require in-person assessment.
