Kristi is *phenomenal* with hair (and is a phenomenal person, as well! 🥰) I've been seeing her for almost 10 years now (❣️), and my hair has never looked better! 😍

Kristi is a wizard with color (both highlights and balayage, and with covering my grays), and also with cuts, blowouts, and simple trims! And I adore and appreciate that she never "pushes" unnecessary services or super-frequent visits as many do (my hair doesn't grow super-quickly, so I don't need to come in every 4 weeks! 🥳).

She's also a fantastic listener, and genuinely cares about YOU and what YOU want done for YOU (although of course she'll make excellent recommendations and suggestions when asked -- but she genuinely wants YOU to leave feeling your absolute best ever....and I always do! 😍)

She's also always on time and within her quoted timeframe for whatever I'm having done, which I also really appreciate! Hi, I’m Issy West 🤍 Born and raised in Texas, originally from San Antonio, and now calling Austin home for the past 4 years. I recently got married at the end of 2024 and have two dogs I’m obsessed with.

When I’m not at the salon, you can find me in a yoga class, hiking with my husband and pups, or traveling somewhere new.
